Book Meals in advance
"Had a fantastic two days the staff were fantastic and friendly. As it was a first stay we were unaware of the need to book mealtimes in advance to get the time or place you preferred, glad i asked on check in as we had the last reservation for that day, and we checked in at 3!"
No attention to detail
"I went with a group. We all had our nails done and they were unevenly filed and painted (hands and feet). Didn't paint close enough to the nail bed or the sides of the nails. You could actually see the layers of paint as there wasn't a consistent overlap of colour. Grew out in a few days. Myself and the others in the salt grotto were a bit miffed as you couldn't smell anything. Ice showers were not working either. Also overcharged on bill. I've been to better places with less stars that showed more attention to detail. I probably wouldn't go back. "
Away from it all,
"Facial was just ok. Back massage was an uncomfortable experience, although the girl was pleasant. "
