New to our pedigree of treatments is our Organic Seaweed Peat baths. We combine our seaweed extracts with micronized Peat. There is a long existing tradition of Peat treatments in Eastern Europe; they were traditionally used for a variety of skin and rheumatic conditions.

Made with Hand harvest Seaweed, Irish peat and plant extracts. Our Irish Peat is derived mainly from Sphagnum imbricatum and contains unparallel levels of Humic acids. There is a long existing tradition of Peat baths used for a variety of skin and rheumatic conditions. Our Peat bath offers a potent detoxification, due to its trace elements, vitamins, carbohydrates, polyphenols, lipids, and especially Humic acids. Many studies have shown that Humic acid has an astringent effect and also drains the toxic substances from the body. It stimulates oxygenation and firming of tissues, preventing the aging signals. Finally our Seaweed and plant extracts visibly reduces the appearance of cellulite, while contributing to an improvement in drainage and water distribution throughout the tissue. The Rasul is a true ritual, which has been adapted from the Middle East and presented in a Moorish style. It is a magnificent tiled chamber that accommodates up to four people. Upon entering the wonderful inner chamber, up to five muds are applied to the body. Relax in the chamber as it fills with steam and the muds permeate the skin. Five hundred fibre optics twinkle in the night sky of the domed ceiling as music fills the room. When the treatment time is over, the ceiling rains down a hot tropical shower with which to wash and remove the muds. A fabulous treatment to enjoy with a group of friends or a partner.

This is a journey through the spa using thermal & hydro therapy programme.
Start your journey with a 30 minute session in the Hydrotherapy Pool. Here you can experience numerous jets to massage and loosen the body’s muscles to prepare you for your journey. This large Hydrotherapy Pool also allows you to exercise with its wave form technology. Then move on to the thermal areas where you can move between the various heat experiences; Luxuriate in the crystal steam room, inhale the scents of the Herb Sauna, and relax in the radiant heat of the Laconium.
