What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient system of Indian health which originated in the state of Kerala, south India, some five thousand years ago. The C Spa is proud to bring you Ayurveda with a fully-qualified professional team – an Ayurvedic doctor and therapists - from Kerala.
What can Ayurveda do for you?
Ayurveda is a powerful system of preventative medicine which can also treat a wide range of conditions to increase well- being and general health in order to prevent the start of disease or common ailments. It excels at rejuvenation of mind and body, increasing your energy levels, de-stressing the mind, improving circulation, treating back pain, muscular stiffness, sports injuries, arthritis, and of course luxurious, pampering beauty treatments for face, neck, back and general body.
Using oils and powders created from natural herbs grown in the tropical climate of Kerala, imported by us and administered through massage by our Ayurvedic team you are guaranteed an authentic Indian experience.
A unique opportunity to learn more about your mind/body type, to change your diet in order to enhance your energy levels, to make other life-changing shifts under the guidance of our doctor for a healthier you.
