I was invited by a friend to join her for a spa day package and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The ambiance of the Wells just hits you as you arrive with an instant feeling of relaxation. Greeted and warmly welcomed by professional and friendly staff, we were given an opportunity to discuss our package and treatments prior to finalising our itinerary for the day. The light organic lunch served in the conservatory was very generously proportioned and truly delicious. The only downside to our day being that we had to walk through the hotel past reception in our robes and slippers to get to lunch. It still wouldn't deter me from returning for a little piece of heaven!

I went to the wells spa with a group of friends 2 years ago and returned last year also. We all had such a relaxing day and enjoyed amazing treatments. The staff were friendly and helpful and the setting is perfect. We will be making arangements to go again this year.
