I had treatments done and i think the staff make you feel very welcoming and relaxed will definatly be going back again resonable pricing also! Seriously impressed!

I found this spa a huge let down. My husband had purchased me a voucher for €250.00 and i had decided to split it with my mother. We arrived for our treatments, a facial & massage each, and were shown directly to the treatment rooms. We had to get changed in them and leave our clothes on a bundle on the floor. I found this humiliating. A spa is supposed to be a place of luxury. We weren't even able to use the Sauna or steamrom. I was treating my mother and this is what her first experience of a spa was. We have both been since to Nadur at Ballygarry and in comparison the only way to describe Sanctuary Spa is a Glorified Beauticians. To make matters worse, I sent an e-mail to the management of the "Spa" and am still waiting to hear any reply from them. For 130.00 you can go to Nadur, a Real Spa, and get the same treatments, lunch and use of the The Thermal Suite. And it's heaven.
