I went here in during the Christmas period when things were very hectic for me, and it was a wonderful escape. My favourite treatment to have at a spa is reflexology and I had this here with a massage also with the same therapist. I found this young girl to be one of the most naturally gifted therapists I have ever come across. Her massage wasn't structured or rushed, but naturally flowed. It was a wonderful experience.
Her reflexology treatment was the best I have received. I believe she is the only therapist in the spa who does reflexology so I greatly recommended anyone to get reflexology in this spa.
The spa itself is extremely pretty and well kept. Very relaxing and calm. I will definitely return

I went to the peninsula in April with my friend. We've been to many different spas in Ireland and abroad but it was our first time at the Peninsula spa.
We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who helped us when we wanted to change one of our treatments.
The relaxation area was truly beautiful. We used the outdoor hot tub which was lovely, as we relaxed in the hot tub we could see the boats sailing in and out and visiting Fungi the dolphin!
I began my treatments with a Swedish massage with ***** probably the friendliest therapist i've ever come across who gave me a wonderful massage that she adapted to my needs & i felt great for days after wards. My friend & I both had a facial with a lady named ******. I'd never used yonka before but ****** explained it all so well that i bought some stuff.
I cant wait to go back again in the summer.
