I'll start by saying I've never written a review before but I felt they deserved it so much I just had to.
From start to finish, absolutely excellent. My mum and I went to a different Spa last week and had an entirely different experience so I guess we appreciated it even more.
We were led down into a beautiful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel. The facilities were clean and luxurious. Even the floor is heated. The pool is on par with the best, great jacuzzi, jets and sauna etc.
The massage was excellent. We both had back massages for 50 euro each. We had the exact same thing last week elsewhere and paid the same amount and I have to say this far far far exceeded that massage. The staff were also really helpful and took the time to understand what kind of massages would suit us best.
Great atmosphere, great facilities and even better friendly staff. Thanks :)

Pure Heaven

I just had the pleasure of a pure pamper weekend last weekend. We decided to treat ourselves to a few treatments. I had a massage and a facial and felt like a new being when I finished. It probably helped that I could relax for an hour before in the thermal area and then Aoibheann collected me.
I was totally refreshed and would recommend this to all people who want to take time to themselves.

Recently went to The Maryborough Spa for a massage, been there a few times before, wanted a massage as a method of stress relief, everything from the friendly approach at reception to the massage to the therapist and massage was extremely professional. Perfect place to relax and unwind, I would def recommend and will be back.

My whole experience in this spa was unforgetable, from the moment I arrived I was greeted with a lovely smile to the facilities, which were fantastic by all means, and the icing on my experience was the treatment. My therapist was amazing and met my needs compleatly she had the utmost professionalism in her manner and the treatment. I was thoroughly impressed. Overall fantastic i would highly rate this spa.

I was organising a hen and of course left it to the last minute, just on price alone Maryborough was the most competitive for what was on offer over the net and the girls at reception were so great helping me to organise it at short notice. The facilities were absolutely fabulous, we spent ages there and even down to the shower was luxury. I got the facial and it was amazing my skin was glowing, others received massages and body wraps and all of us were just euphoric afterwards. Afterwards we went to the relaxation room which was nice and bright with refreshments, magazines, comfy beds and music to listen to. All in all what a fab fab day, I cannot explain how great the staff were and so helpful. There was loads of really nice touches. On our way out we saw a group of girls sitting upstairs in their robes having a glass of wine, chatting about their experiences of the day and we all wished we were staying on a little longer. I deffinately will go back and bring a few more friends with me ...... what a great spa really really enjoyed it.

I found everything in this Spa to be top class. The girls in reception were extremely helpful and polite. My favourite part of this Spa is the Changing facilities where they have a vitality pool and thermal facilities. Also my therapist was brilliant and I left a new woman.

This is the most amazing spa experience I've had... everything was just perfect from arrival to finish - the decor, professionalism of the staff, comfort level and treatment was fantastic. Lunch was included on my package which was just great and the ESPA products are a real treat to purchase afterwards. There are fantastic packages available with or without overnight stays - I've already booked in my next weekend away!!!

I had the most amazing experience at the Maryborough. I got a voucher for my birthday, and i will be looking for another one next year! The staff are very professional, the facilities were seperate male and female and the treatments were to die for. i had the most amazing facial and full body massage and felt brilliant for days after it. I would highly recommend this spa. I bought some ESPA products as a gift 'to me from me' and i love them, very powerful but fabulous to use. Check it out for yourself, it's fab!
