I really like this hotel, but "The Haven" is certainly not a spa! The leisure club is nice, but is at opposite end of hotel from treatment rooms, of which there are two. The treatment rooms are akin to two small neglected broom cupboards. I got a facial which incorporated a short shoulder massage, however the therapist failed to remove all of my facial scrub and proceded to massage tiny beads of sand into my shoulders and arms. Also, the supposed soothing music was way too loud - obviously to mask the fact that the rooms are tiny and you can hear the goings-on outside (rooms are off lobby to main restaurant) so I actually left "The Haven" with a thumping headache, feeling more stressed than before I went in. Totally NOT IMPRESSED!
