On a dreary winters day during a stay at the wonderful Hayfield Manor I decided on a whim to head to the spa to cheer myself up. They could only offer me a treatment for 45mins later. I was happy to head back to my room, but instead my therapist insisted on cossetting me in a fluffy robe and slippers and settling me down in a massage chair with magazines, herbal tea and a plateful of fresh fruit.
I alsmot didnt want to go for the treatment when called a half hour later, but go I did, and boy was I glad. A big fan of massage usually, I opted for the Elemis skin specific facial instead, as I had heard such great reveiws about the Elemis brand. From the moment the treatment began I floated away, and was surprised to find I felt as relaxed as I would with a massage. My skin felt awazing for days, and I can't recall being as relaxed in a long time. I would absolutely recommend this spa.
