Love the place, you have to go, can't say enough good about it, you will not find better anywhere else in Ireland.

Found my time at Solas Croi to be very disappointing. Staff were unhelpful, therapist constantly talked through my treatment which did not allow me to unwind and relax. There was no offer of beverages or snacks. Really not worth the cost.

Really enjoyed the facilities, however the treatments just wasn't what I expected. I wanted to try something different as I have had my fair share of massages. This was the main reason why I went to the spa to try the Ayurvedic Treatments. I really needed a good deep massage.
If there was closer attention to describing the treatment and asked what my needs were at the start of the massage, I think the treatment would have been better. I left feeling disappointed and a back still knotted and tense. I think it was over priced and underwhelming.

I am a regular with Solas Croi going there a couple of times a month. I love the Thermal Suite - saunas, steam bath, outdoor heated pool, alpha-beds,etc.- relaxing, refreshing, re-energising. Great atmosphere. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. The additional bonus is you do not have to book in advance for the use of Thermal Suite facilities which is very convenient and takes the hassle out of going to a spa. Solas Croi is very appropriately named, a true Heart's DeLight.

oh had a lovely time at this spa , i used the out door heated pool first then i used all the facilities inside including jacuzzi ,foot baths, steam room etc... following that i had my treatments which i really enjoyed , the girls were very nice too . ill be going back !
