I was treated to a deluxe spa package for my Christmas present, and thoguht at first that it wouldn't be up to much - a spa in a chemists? Hmm. What was he thinking. But, I was wrong. The facilities are poor - there is simply a sauna and a relaxation room - no thermal spa suite or anything like that, but the treatments were in a class of thier own. I had a balneotherapy bath, followerd by the relaxation room, the sauna, follwed by a scrub, relaxation room (where I fell asleep), a wrap (where I again fell asleep), a lovely lunch shipped in from God knows where, a massage (again, asleep), and then a facial. All of this was for just 225! The best value out there, I think. The therapist was lovely - calming and knowlegable, practised and gentle handed. I'm going back again this weekend, as I'm due to start a new job on Monday, and feel like I could do with some spoiling.

I never knew this Day Spa existed until recently. It's in the heart of Wexford town but once you enter the reception area you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle outside. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Words don't explain just how much I enjoyed the day in Sam McCauleys salon in Wexford - it was amazing, I was treated like royalty and felt so relaxed at the end of the day. I can't wait to return!
