I really enjoyed my first time at The Rain Spa. The deep tissue massage was so relaxing, the friendly but professional therapist found every knot, and I had less shoulder pain afterwards. It's quite an intimidating thing to walk into a spa for the first time, but The Rain Spa made me feel so welcome. Towels and robes smelt fresh. My lunch included delicious fresh fruit bowls, a glorious outdoor hot tub, a delightful cool fog shower, and a pool with relaxation beds complete with newspapers and magazines. No feeling of being rushed, or that they were waiting for us to leave - just utter freedom and relaxation. Bliss!

Visited this spa for the first time last week - was told of a last minute club from one of my friends that goes there all the time - seemingly they send out last minute offers every week - I was brought for free. Ultimate in relaxation and left feeling a new person - will definitely return.

I am in my third month as a member of the spa, and use the facility approx ten times per week. Once again, I feel obliged to praise the staff for their professionalism, courtesy and willingness at all times to help in any way that they can,and for the high standards they maintain in hygiene.

A SPA that sells memberships and allows babies in diapers in the pool. Changing rooms are wet and dirty. You have to carry your wet towel, robes and slippers out when done and dump them at the front desk. This spa has no class.

Staff are superb, all of them are kind, mannerly and so attentive. Defenitly a lot more professional than those in my previous health club.

I went to Renaissance for a spa package with my other half for Valentines Day - this is going to be the gift every year. We each had a package that included lunch - I had a massage and a facial (a first for me) and my girlfriend had the same. We spent the entire day between the treatments the relaxations area and the hot tub and thermal suite - certainly put us in the mood. I will definitely return.

Been to this spa 3 times & each time have left feeling totally de-stressed, re-vitalised & with a sense of peace not easily found. From the moment you enter until you leave every moment is a pleasure. I'm a sucker for Hot Stone massage and this place delivers one of the very best. The therapists find every knot and tension spot and make sure you leave like a new you. The fresh juices and bowel of fresh fruit is a welcome plus after your treatment to refresh the body. Love the relaxation suite and thermal suite (would love if it was a bit bigger but it does the job!) and you're free to relax away between the 2 for as long as you like. Always seem to leave feeling like a new me.. Would recommend to anyone who Spa's often (like myself) you won't be disappointed. Going again with friends soon.... Hope you enjoy as much as I do.
