Lovely Spa but Relaxation room lets it down

Recently visited this spa, was dying to try it out as it’s new. Treatment rooms were lovely as were the staff, particularly Keva who really knew her stuff. Had a massage and she really knocked the tension out of me! The thermal suits consists of just 2 "showers" really which is the steam room and sauna. Unfortunately the relaxation room lets it down, it’s nicely dimmed but dark decor and a bit of voile/curtains of some kind would be lovely to separate the beds a bit and the beds are very uncomfortable, we found it very hard to relax on them which is a pity but I would return as the range/price of treatments is excellent.
