So impressed with ESPA, on arrival the staff were so welcoming, pleasant and showed you around the spa. The thermal suite was nice and quiet and a nice relaxing pre-treat before the treatment itself. It's all very professional, as your therapist meet and greets you, leading you to your treatment room. The products-ESPA are of high quality, quite expensive to buy in the spa and online. I left feeling so relaxed and pampered. I would definitely return for even more treatments, perhaps a half day in the spa.

I availed of a promotion at the ESPA spa at the G. A full body massage was a delight as was the body scrub and facial. The spa rooms are beautiful and they let you choose the lighting and oils used.
The spa facilities were first class, especially the thermal pool and warm stone beds where you relax and looked up and admired the large sea of origami cream swans suspended mid air. The lunch was delicious and after our treatments the relaxation room was like being in a warm rainforest with extremely comfortable beds. Any more relaxed and my heart may have stopped entirely.
