Was a fantastic visit, I have been here before but I really enjoyed my last visit as I used my loyalty card and got a free facial!!! It made it even more enjoyable!!! The spa wet area was lovely, I stayed in there 2 hours before my treatments...the staff were lovely and friendly, one girl who was walking around checking everyone was ok and tidying things was especially bubbly.

Great spa, great staff, great treatments.

Myself and best friend went for a midweek day spa package. Hot stone back massage, facial, use of the hydrotherapy suite, a touch of colour and afternoon tea. Absolutely fab girls!!! Tink every1 should splash out once/twice a year if can afford. Most impressed with afternoon tea and relaxation area, tea was beautiful and room was so peaceful with fruits, water etc

I visited the spa with my friends last weekend, I originally wanted to book the Saturday but they had such great packages available mid-week including Sunday's that we just used the hydrotherapy area Saturday and took our treatments on the Sunday. This actually worked out better as the spa was quieter on the Sunday and we were made to feel very special and welcome. The treatments were bliss and the offers on products made our experience all the more enjoyable as we could get some things and take them home to continue our experience. We will definitely be back over the next few months to try one of the other promotional packages!

Bit of a dissapointment

This was my third time to visit the spa and I must say that I was dissapointed. after paying my €68 up front for a foot spa/pedicure I felt that it was 'nt really value for money. I was put in with another lady in an open area where lots of other therapists came and went and there was no privacy whatsoever. The last thing you want in a place like that is to end up siting beside your neighbour! The therapist was lovely and the treatment was pleasant, I couldnt fault it at all but I certainly didnt feel pampered or relaxed, I had to ask for a magazine and was given coffee (what happenned to the lovely biscuits). It all ended rather suddenly, I was sent off to the relaxation room as I presume someone else needed the chair, no-one enquired as to whether I was happy. All in all, I wouldnt rush back. At those prices, a little bit more is expected.

Fantastic Christmas at the Slieve Russel

I visited the Slieve Russel the week before Christmas and had a fantastic time. The spa was lovely, on arrival I didn't have my treatments booked as I thought, I don't know if it was my mistake or a mix up but the reception was very helpful and I had a lovely time. The facial was beautiful and I purchased some Gift Vouchers which came in lovely boxes for Christmas presents. Also love the loyalty card - brilliant value.

I visited the Ciuin Spa for the Pro-Collagen Quartz lift Facial and sole delight foot treatment to start which was fantastic, in the afternoon I had a full body massage with one of the spa's male therapists-definitely recommended if you like a firmer massage. The therapist explained everything really well and asked me loads of questions to make sure she used the right products. I used the Hydro area before my facial and in between my treatments used the relaxation room which was lovely. The assistant manager came and asked if everything was ok and if a I was enjoying my day, she also came and helped me choose some products when I was about to leave. I left with about 8 products but the girl was really helpful, she didn't hard sell she just gave me the advice I was looking for, the products I bought have been fantastic and I will definitely be returning this month.
