Very Disappointing

I got the ultimate bliss package as a birthday gift. When I arrived I was waiting in the lobby for ages. The girl that did the hot stone massage was very good and I did enjoy that part of the treatment, it went downhill after that. Another younger blonde girl took over she just wanted to rush through the facial, pedicure and manicure, didn’t even ask me what colour nail varnish I wanted on my toes practically told me to shut my eyes while she was doing the treatments. I have had a lot of facials and this was the worst so far, I felt really disappointed, wasn’t even offered a glass of water. The package says 3 hours I was there for just over 2 hours, the package cost 170 - not cheap.
I felt that since it was already paid for the beautician really didn’t care, silly as I am local and if I was happy would have gone back and recommended them to people at work and everyone I know.
Very disappointing!!
