The spa itself is very small with few facilities but the staff are lovely and friendly and the special offers are great value. Not for those expecting a luxury day out.

We stayed at the hotel in June and I assumed that the spa was joined to the hotel. The changing facility was a small bathroom, releaxation room was not very releaxing and massage was not the full hour. I would not go back.

We booked in to the C Spa at the Carlton Abbey Hotel for their Spring Special offer with a friend for an afternoon treat! The Spa was lovely, small but cosy! I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. The massage was super....she really loosened out the tension in my shoulders! Great value for money too.... We also had a back massage & an hour facial for €79 each! Will definitely be back to sample more of what the C Spa have to offer!

The spa is located in apts opposite the Hotel and there isn't enough room for even a small group. The relaxation room is too bright and noisy. There is little or no changing facilities and the availability of towels etc is limited. For the prices they were charging I was expecting something to a higher standard. Wouldn't recommend it - spend your money in the Osprey or the Westbrook both of which are fair nicer and more memorable.
