Spa Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Spa Manager

The main responsibilities for this role is to manage and control all development and operational aspects of the Spa, while reporting directly to the General Manager

Specific responsibilities include:
• Massage & Beauty Treatments
• Rostering and staff levels and to effectively manage to control costs
• Daily Management of the Spa Floor to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Cleanliness of the Spa in all areas through active checking & monitoring
• Being involved in promoting the Spa, creating packages, retail sales and working closely with the sales team
• To lead and continually re-assess/train the spa therapists to ensure the highest level of delivery, knowledge and experience at all times

We are looking for someone who has experience in the development of therapy operations and departmental development within a spa environment

Successful applicants must have:
• Previous Spa Management / supervisory experience
• Up to date qualifications and training records in this field
• Previous experience with Elemis an advantage
• Fluent English
