Spas.ie Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Spas Ireland – is the registered trading name of Amigo Media Limited.
Spas.ie Gift Vouchers – are the Vouchers issued by Amigo Media Limited and purchased from Spas Ireland
Participating Partners – are the hotels and/or spas who are participating in the Spas.ie Gift Voucher programme (referred to as “PPs”).
Customer – is any purchaser or holder of the Spas.ie Gift Voucher.

2. Acceptance

In purchasing and/or using the Spas.ie Gift Vouchers the Customer is deemed to have confirmed that they have read and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Spas Ireland’s Role

Spa Ireland’s role is limited to the sale of the Spas.ie Gift Vouchers to Customers. The Contract for the services and/or goods is between the Customer and the PP. Therefore, any queries, concerns or complaints relating to the services or goods provided should be addressed to the PPs directly.

Spas Ireland’s role does not come between the normal retailer-customer statutory relationship. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to create any relationship between Customers and Spas Ireland for the purposes of the Sale of Goods Act 1980, or any other relevant legislation.

4. Participating Partners

Spas.ie Gift Vouchers can be redeemed at any of our “Participating Partners”. A full list of PPs is available from the Spas.ie website or by contacting Spas Ireland.

The list of PPs is subject to change, and while Spas Ireland will make every reasonable effort to keep the list up to date, it is up to you to ensure that the PP accepts Spas.ie Gift Vouchers before making your booking/appointment.

5. The Spas.ie Gift Voucher Programme

All Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and all Vouchers are subject to verification at the time of booking.

Vouchers may be redeemed for full/part payment against goods and/or services at any PP. Only one transaction per Spas.ie Gift Voucher is permitted. Any unused balance on the Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed at any other PP. Any unused balance will be converted in to credit at that PP. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Spas Ireland will not take any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers. Only original Vouchers will be accepted and no photocopies will be accepted.

Each PP will have their own terms and conditions which cover the use of their services and goods, such as cancellation fees and/or minimum cancellation periods, and the Customer should make themselves aware of these before making an appointment as they will be binding on the Customer.

All bookings/appointments are made between the Customer and the PP directly. Spas Ireland accepts no responsibility and will give no refunds in the event that the desired PP is unavailable on the desired dates.

6. Refunds

You are entitled to return a Spas.ie Gift Voucher within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the face value of the voucher. In this case, all refunds will be made to the person who purchased the Spas.ie Gift Voucher and will be made within 30 days of notification of cancellation and receipt of the original Spas.ie Gift Voucher. However, after this 7 day period, Spas Ireland will be unable to refund any payments made. To request a refund please contact us at info@spas.ie and include the order number, voucher code, reason for refund and return your Spas.ie Gift Voucher via Registered Post to Spas Ireland, Suite 301 Media Cube, Kill Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

7. No Warranty

Spas Ireland provides no warranty for the quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of goods or services purchased from PPs.

8. Liability

Spas Ireland will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, injuries, costs, expenses or liability of whatsoever nature, consequential or otherwise, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between a PP and the Customer or holder of the Voucher.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Spas Ireland reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions without notice. The up-to-date Terms and Conditions will be posted in our website, www.spas.ie.

10. Delivery Services

Standard Delivery orders placed before 3.30pm on a working day are expected to arrive within 1-3 working days. Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 4pm on a working day to ensure next working day delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday and Bank or Public Holidays. Delivery times quoted are only applicable to deliveries made within the Republic of Ireland.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
