Pearly Whites
For a quick way to remove stains left on teeth by things like coffee and red wine, mash up a strawberry with a little baking powder and rub over your teeth, then brush them as normal afterwards. The malic acid in strawberries is a natural whitener and removes surface stains. However do not do so more than once a week as the acid can damage tooth enamel if over-used.
